Nice to have a sunny balcony. Central location, perfect base for discovering Pattaya. Breakfast had HEALTHY selection of items. Furthermore, there is a free parking.

it is within walking distance of ripley's believe it or not. location so close to to the bangkok bus stop, only 5 minutes walk away.
